“Aflateen Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Programme” is aimed at empowering youth, in the age group of 14 to 18 years, socially and financially, so that they live a responsible life and become agents of change. The socially and economically empowered youths are expected to exhibit a behavioural change towards savings, collaboration, entrepreneurship skills and others. The activities designed under the programme focused on saving and spending, online banking and transaction, cashless payment and transfer, social entrepreneurship, business plan and proposal development, connecting youth with social security schemes etc. The project was implemented in West Delhi, covering its 20 communities and 20 government schools, reaching out to over 2000 youths.
